Smitha completed her Masters in Electronics Engineering by Research from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2006 and joined the GE John. F. Welch Research Centre, Bangalore, later that year as an Intellectual Property Analyst.

During her career as a researcher, she has published a couple of papers in the Society of Optical Engineering (S.P.I.E). A certified Indian Patent agent, Smitha moved on from IP to start Cirana in 2022. She lives in Bangalore with her family.

Indira graduated from ILS Law College, Pune in 2007. She thereafter went on to practise in the High Court of Madras and the Supreme Court of India.
Currently enjoying raising her daughters in Bangalore, she continues to pursue her interest in various subjects of the law including environmental and social issues. She lives her life mindfully and believes that everyone has a responsibility towards preserving the environment and should make conscious choices for the same.

Karthik is a skilled professional with a degree in Animation and design with over 12 years of experience in the field.

As a designer, I merge visuals and sustainability to awaken a profound connection to nature, inspire conscious choices and shape a transformative path towards a greener future.

Rohan graduated in Psychology, English and Journalism. His forte lies in User Experience achieved through a clear understanding of research-based principles of designing.

He strongly advocates that design has the responsibility to create products that not only provide meaningful experiences but also aid in making earth-friendly choices.

Chetan started his career with modelling and engineering optimization in the field of combustion engineering where his work resulted in four patents. He shifted his focus to business and he has, over the past decade, established three successful ventures. Through his entrepreneurial journey, his search for holistic organizational models and scientific venture-building approaches have led him to organizational cybernetics. He is especially drawn to the ground-up design of ventures and the building of autonomy in organizations.

In a career spanning strategy, consulting and design, Sujay has played key roles in consulting, product management and marketing and has also been a visual artist and designer. These diverse experiences, he feels, have led him to the study of systems and cybernetics which, in turn has structured and contextualized his pursuits. His research interests are broadly the application of the systems and cybernetics approach to social systems, and in decision making.
